Can I change what the emails say?
Yes. Every template is yours to edit, wording and timing alike, and changes apply to the next message sent.
What if I want a message to go out at a different time?
Timings are settings, not code. Move a reminder from fourteen days to twenty-one and it applies across the board from that moment.
Will guests receive too many messages?
No. Messages stop as soon as the guest has done what was asked, and a log against every booking records what was sent.
