Switching to Booqello

Switching booking systems is a setup job. The setup is done for you.

Your units, rates, rules, extras and documents are rebuilt as part of setup — and you get a straight answer on what your current platform will let you export, before you commit.

What actually moves.

A booking system holds two kinds of thing: your setup — units, rates, rules, extras, document wording — and your trading history. The setup is rebuilt for you. The history depends on your current platform’s export. Both get a straight answer before you commit.

Rebuilt as part of setup

Your setup is configuration, not development.

Units and their photos, seasonal rates, booking rules, deposits, extras and rental-agreement wording are configured in Booqello as part of the £499 setup — on your own database, under your own branding, before you are handed anything.

  • Units, photos and per-unit rules
  • Seasonal rate cards and minimum stays
  • Deposits, cancellation tiers and turnaround buffers
  • Email templates and rental-agreement wording
The settings panel of a live deployment: branding, documents, fleet, pricing and policies as forms down a menu — with a warning at the top that saving changes the live booking site.

Coastway Motorhomes — the whole platform is configuration, and this is where it lives.

The email engine of a live deployment: booking received, deposit chases with their deadlines, balance due and overdue with their days-before-collection timings, and an upsell email — each with an active toggle.

Coastway Motorhomes — the reminder ladder, with every timing editable.

Your journeys, your timings

The chase ladder you already run, automated.

The reminders you send by hand today — deposit chase, balance due, document chase, pre-arrival — exist as a timed ladder. Every template is editable, and every timing is yours.

  • Deposit and balance chases on your schedule
  • Editable wording on every email
  • Document chasing until everything is in

Forward bookings and guest records: the honest answer.

They depend on what your current platform will export. Some export cleanly, some partially, some not at all. Tell us which one you are on — Anytime Booking, Bookalet, SuperControl, eviivo, freetobook or anything else — and you will get a straight answer on what can be carried across, before you commit to anything.

How the move runs.

1 · We look at what you have

Which platform you are on, what it will export, and your rates and rules as they stand. You get an exact price on the call.

2 · We rebuild it

Your own database, branding, domain and merchant account, configured to your rates and rules before you are handed anything.

3 · You go live

Direct bookings on your own site. The date is set by your data and your gateway approval, and you are given the reasoning behind it.

From £29/month, and every price is published.

Plans, per-unit rates and the setup fee are all on the pricing page, so you can put your own numbers in and see the cost before you ever talk to us. Twelve-month term, three months’ notice, no exit fee.

Common questions about moving

What happens to my existing data?

Your rates, rules, units, extras and documents are rebuilt in Booqello as part of setup. Forward bookings and guest records depend on what your current platform will export. Tell us which one you are on and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.

How long until I’m live?

The build itself is quick: your database, branding, rates and rules are configuration, not development. The date is set by how much existing data you want carried across, and by how long your payment gateway takes to approve your merchant account. You will be given a date on the call, with the reasoning behind it.

Do I need a new website?

No. Booqello works with the website you already have — one script line adds a live availability calendar to your existing pages, carrying your branding and reading from your own system. We do not sell a website builder.

Whose payment account do bookings go into?

Yours. Payments run through a merchant account in your name and settle straight to your bank. We never hold your funds, and nothing is ever added to your guest’s price.

What if I want to leave Booqello later?

There is a twelve-month minimum term followed by three months’ notice, and no exit fee. Your data remains yours throughout, and the terms commit us to giving it back to you in a usable format when you go.
