Privacy

This covers this website. If you're a customer, the handling of your business's own data is set out in your service agreement and data processing agreement.

Who we are

Booqello is operated by [company details to be confirmed at launch]. If you have a question about privacy, contact us at hello@example.com.

What we collect on this site

Only two things. First, the details you type into the enquiry or demo forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you run, and whatever you write in the message box. Second, basic analytics about how the site is used — pages visited and roughly where in the world the visit came from — which we use to see whether the site is doing its job.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and, if you want one, to arrange a demo. That's the whole purpose. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, we don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted. If you become a customer, your records are governed by your service agreement instead.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@example.com and we'll act within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses the minimum needed to function and to measure basic usage. There's no advertising tracking on it.
