Drivers & documents

Nobody drives away with missing paperwork.

Licences, proofs of address and signed agreements collected before collection day — chased by the system, checked against the DVLA, and filed against the booking where your insurer can find them.

Captured at the source

Details captured at the point of booking, not at handover.

Drivers enter their own details as part of the booking — licence number, issuing authority, date of birth, address. Additional drivers can be added later through the portal, by the person whose licence it actually is. It removes the need to photograph documents on the forecourt while a family waits.

  • Driver details collected during booking
  • Additional drivers added later, by the driver themselves
  • Secure upload of licence photos and proof of address
  • Automatic chasing until the file is complete

DVLA licence checks Growth

For UK licence holders, a check runs against the DVLA with the driver's consent, so you know about endorsements and entitlements before the handover rather than after an incident. Staff can record the consent they took, and the result is stored against the booking.

E-signed rental agreements

The agreement is generated for that specific booking — the right dates, prices, vehicle, driver and terms — then signed in the portal before collection. A PDF is filed against the booking. No printer, no clipboard, and no dispute about what was agreed.

Everything filed together

Licences, proofs, agreements, condition reports and invoices all sit against the booking they belong to. When your insurer or accountant asks, everything is in one place rather than spread across four folders and an inbox.

Privacy by default

Documents are held in private storage, accessible only to you and the guest they belong to. Retention rules remove what you no longer need to keep.
