Reviewed and signed off, not just collected
Uploads land in the console for review and are approved or rejected against the booking, with the reason recorded. A rejection tells the guest what was wrong and asks again, so a blurred photograph is dealt with weeks beforehand.
E-signed rental agreements
The agreement is generated for that specific booking, signed in the portal before collection, and filed against the booking as a PDF. No printer, no clipboard, and no dispute about what was agreed.
Everything filed together
Licences, proofs, agreements, condition reports and invoices all sit against the booking they belong to. When your insurer or accountant asks, it is in one place.
Privacy by default
Documents are held in private storage, accessible only to you and the guest they belong to. Retention rules remove what you no longer need to keep.

Nobody drives a pod away, so nobody is asked for a licence.
On a stay business most of this switches off, and not behind a setting nobody finds. The glamping, campsite and holiday-let presets drop the licence, the additional-drivers block and the rental agreement, and make the party headcount a required answer instead. Name, contact details, date of birth and home address stay: you still need to know who is staying.
