Each sector sees the tabs that fit it
A holiday let, a campsite and a hire fleet no longer share one set of screens. Your console shows the tabs your kind of business actually uses, and hides the ones it doesn’t.
The system keeps getting better, and every customer gets each improvement the day it ships, with no upgrade to buy.
A holiday let, a campsite and a hire fleet no longer share one set of screens. Your console shows the tabs your kind of business actually uses, and hides the ones it doesn’t.
Settings, the booking steps, the customer portal, emails and paperwork now speak your sector’s language: guests, check-in and pitches for a park; hirers, collection and return for a fleet.
A new system begins with a minimum nightly price, security deposit, turnaround time, opening days, arrival times and minimum stay chosen for your sector, so there is less to change before your first booking.
Each Settings page has its own help link explaining every option on it and where a change shows up. A Help tab gathers the lot, arranged to mirror your own tabs.
Set a booking total below which customers pay everything at checkout. One card payment instead of two, and no small balance left to chase.
We tightened sign-in, permission checks and access to your system’s data from outside, as part of our regular security reviews.
Switch each option on or off: a deposit now and the rest later, pay in full when booking, Pay Monthly instalments, and discount codes at checkout.
Pick a date range and download every payment as a bank-statement file that most accounting packages import, plus a detailed version for your accountant with VAT, refunds and deposits set out.
Settings now sits in six groups named after the jobs you do, and works properly on a phone. Search finds a single setting (VAT, deposit, logo, cancellation) and tells you exactly where it lives.
A single-use code is held while a booking is pending and only spent once the deposit is paid. If the booking is never paid, the code goes back to the customer to use again.
One action cancels the booking, refunds the card and sends the customer a single clear email, with room for a personal message. No more two emails that tell different stories.
When you decline a change request, the customer is emailed your reason and can reply in their portal. Questions that aren’t really changes now go straight to your messages, where you can answer them.
A handover can’t be completed until the security deposit has been taken, unless the owner chooses to override it, and that choice is recorded on the booking.
Every email opens with a coloured strip saying what it is about (booking confirmed, payment due, refund processed) and the booking reference. Payment emails ask for what is actually owed, with buttons in place of long links, and every table fits a phone screen.
Booking pages download almost half as much as before, so they open faster on a weak signal. The customer details step now autofills, never leaves a button that does nothing, and shows the total before payment.
When a customer taps a day they can’t book, the calendar now explains why and offers the nearest dates that fit your rules, instead of a dead end.
Editing a booking now shows the old total, the new total and the difference, and asks whether to charge the customer and whether to email them, before anything is saved. If the price drops after payment, the refund due is noted.
A booking’s email list now shows what was actually sent, refunds and cancellations included, and the preview shows the real email the customer received.
We hardened the card security step at checkout and every connection your system makes to calendar feeds and partner services, following a full review of the platform.
Every monthly instalment taken sends the customer a receipt listing what has been paid so far and every payment still to come, so they never need to log in to check where they are.
If you take the whole price at booking, you can now set what share of it comes back to a customer who cancels well ahead, rather than all or nothing.
Pods, pitches, cabins and cottages can switch off photo ID and proof-of-address uploads. Guests are then asked only for what you actually need before they arrive.
Bookings from any platform that publishes a calendar feed can now be pulled into your system, so one calendar holds everything and a date taken elsewhere can’t be sold twice.
Change your cancellation terms or balance due date and existing bookings keep the ones the customer agreed to. New bookings get the new terms.
Two people can save different Settings pages at the same time without undoing each other’s work, and a unit with live bookings can’t be deleted out from under them.
Half an hour on a live deployment set up for your kind of business.
