Payments run through a gateway in your name and we never hold your funds. We take no percentage of your bookings in any market except one: a vehicle-hire operator on Starter, where it is 1% of hire revenue capped at £51 a month instead of a per-vehicle charge. Campsites, glamping and holiday lets pay per unit, and no percentage at all.

Take a deposit at booking, fixed or as a percentage. The balance is then collected automatically on your schedule. Refundable damage deposits are pre-authorised on the card — held, not taken — and released once your inspection window has passed.

A £3,000 hire carries no platform fee on Growth or Pro. A vehicle-hire operator on Starter bills 1% instead of a per-vehicle charge, so that same hire costs £30, capped at £51 a month.
