Customer portal

Guests manage their own booking, whenever it suits them.

Every Booqello booking gives the guest a secure area of their own: pay the balance, upload documents, add an extra, check the collection time. The questions that used to fill your phone are answered on screen.

Self-serve, properly

Everything about their booking, in one place.

There are no passwords to forget: guests get in from the link in their confirmation email, or with their booking reference. From there the booking is theirs to manage, within the rules you set.

  • Pay a balance or an instalment, by card or wallet*
  • Upload licences and proof of address
  • Sign the rental agreement
  • Add extras to a booking already made
  • See collection and return details, directions and documents
  • Request a change, which follows your approval rules

* Supported in full with Opayo, Booqello’s preferred merchant payment provider — see integrations.

The customer portal: a guest's own booking, counting down to collection, with a list of what is still to do — the balance, the documents and the security deposit.

Coastway Motorhomes — the guest’s own booking page.

What that is worth to you.

Answers without asking you

How much is left, when to collect, what to bring: answered on the screen in front of them.

Faster money in

The balance is a button rather than a bank transfer, payable at any hour.

Documents before the day

Uploads happen at home, not on the forecourt with a queue forming.

Changes, under control

Change requests reach you as a decision, with your notice rules already applied.

Secure by design

There is no password to be compromised. Access is tied to the booking, the lookup is rate-limited, and documents stay private to the guest and to you.

Your branding

The portal carries your name and colours. To your guest, it is simply your website.

The documents tab of the guest portal on a phone, explaining which documents are needed and the date uploads open.

One portal, every kind of stay

The same portal, whatever the guest booked.

A motorhome hirer uploads a licence. A glamping guest is never asked for one. The portal follows the business, rather than the other way round.

A glamping guest's portal: the pod, the dates, the check-in time and what is still to pay.

Wildacre Glamping. No licence tile and no rental agreement — nobody drives a pod away.

A campsite guest's portal, adding extras to a booking already made: hook-up, an extra car and a dog.

Alderfield Camping Park. Extras added after booking, and paid for in the portal.

A holiday-let guest's pre-arrival page: directions, the check-in time, the key safe and what is provided.

Saltbrook Cottages. Directions, check-in time and what is provided.

See the portal as a guest sees it.

We will take you through it on a call, from the confirmation link onwards.
