For glamping sites

Your units. Your brand. Your bookings.

A booking journey as considered as the stay itself — on your own website, with no marketplace commission and no manual administration between stays.

You built something distinctive. The marketplaces take a share of it.

Listing sites bring the first guests, then take a percentage of every booking that follows. Meanwhile your own website offers a contact form, and the short window between one checkout and the next arrival depends on memory rather than a system.

Every unit has a personality

Pods, huts, cabins and tents — priced and presented on their own terms.

Each unit gets its own calendar, its own photos, its own price and its own rules. A hut with a hot tub can carry a premium and a two-night minimum; a smaller cabin can be priced as a midweek offer. Guests see a booking journey that looks like your brand, because it is your brand.

  • Per-unit calendars, pricing and minimum stays
  • Changeover buffers between stays for cleaning and reset
  • Seasonal rates and special offers for quiet weeks
  • Your branding throughout — booking pages, emails and portal

Gift vouchers Growth

A night in a shepherd's hut is frequently bought as a gift. Sell vouchers directly, redeem them against a booking, and retain the full value.

Review requests, timed well

The request is sent while the stay is still recent, which is why it is answered.

The guest journey

Booked, welcomed, remembered — automatically.

Confirmation the moment they book. Pre-arrival details a few days out: how to find you, what's provided, where to park, and how the hot tub works. A follow-up afterwards requesting a review. All in your own wording, sent without you having to remember.

  • Automated emails from booking to post-stay
  • WhatsApp arrival details for the day itself Growth
  • Extras — breakfast hampers, fire pits, dog fees — added at booking or later
  • Self-serve portal for balances, extras and details

A £600 weekend in your hut should earn you £600.

Direct bookings, no commission, no per-booking fee, into your own merchant account. Keep the listings that bring new guests, but repeat guests should return to you rather than to a marketplace.

Common questions from glamping owners

Will it look like my brand or like your software?

Yours. Booking pages, emails and the guest portal carry your name, colours and logo. Guests need never be aware of the platform behind it.

I list on other sites too. Will I get double bookings?

External calendars stay in sync via iCal, so dates booked elsewhere block here as well. iCal is synchronisation rather than channel management, and we will explain the limits properly on the call.

Can I leave enough time between guests to turn a unit around?

Yes — changeover buffers are set per unit, so the system will not sell a same-day turnaround you cannot service.

Are vouchers handled properly, or are they discount codes?

Properly. Vouchers are sold, tracked and redeemed against real bookings, with the balance handled if the stay costs more than the voucher.

We only have three units. Are we too small?

No. Core is priced for small sites, and the administration saved matters more when you are the one doing all of it.
